With all of our diet problems, the question of “What should we really be eating?” comes up a lot. Here’s what works with over 90% of the people that I’ve trained. Whether you’re trying to get healthy, improve energy levels, lose weight or put on muscle, this is what I have found to work.

Let’s be honest. If you go to a gym long enough, you get to know people. If you know and like those people, then the gym experience becomes something much different. Fitness centers play a bigger role in the community than you would think.

Successful training programs address weaknesses head on. They are sometimes uncomfortable for the person being trained, but the potential gains are worth the investment.

You can look at whatever projection model you want on the fitness industry. Some say it is going down, some say we’ve hardly seen the start of it. My answer to this question is no. Personally, I have all the job security I could ever want. Here is my statement on the profession as a whole and why this role will always be of use to society.
