Hello, I’ve been a fitness trainer for about 20 years. I have a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and I’ve been a group fitness instructor, personal fitness trainer and CrossFit instructor at various parts of my career. I have had all sorts of different certifications, but at the end of the day a fitness professional is measured by whether or not he helped his clients reach their goals. Whether it was getting Aunt Sally to touch her toes, getting Jeremy to deadlift 400lbs or getting Grandpa to balance on one leg for 30 seconds. We are all different and I specialize in the general public.
My purpose in creating this blog:
To educate without the big words, to guide up-and-coming personal fitness trainers and to develop interest in the field as a whole. I believe this is a good trade and I want to see the field grow in the right direction. There will always be a need for personal fitness trainers.
