Exercise isn’t always easy. If it were easy, we would all do it and personal trainers wouldn’t even exist. But the truth is, that exercise can be hard. But this is kind of a general way of looking at it. Let’s break it down.

We’ve all got our zones of comfort. Some people can’t stand a five degree increase or decrease in temperature. Others feel the need to sit if their heart rate goes up a little. But results occur when you step outside of your comfort zone, so get used to it.

Golf is a funny sport in that you don’t need to be generally fit to play it. But the force put out by every swing of the club can be tremendous and if you’re experiencing lower back pain, here are some things that I usually try with my golfer clients.
